I was looking for a picture to use for my blog post this week for class and wanted a combination of nature photography and horses. I was trying to decided what kind of horses I felt like and came up with the Chincoteague horses. They are known for the swim they make every year from Assateague island to Chincoteague island during the round up and following sale of the foals. This photo was taken by Bob Langrish, an equine photographer who has had the privilege of photographing the last 6 Olympic games and many other prestigious events.
